Welcome to Country Villa Belmont Heights Healthcare Ctr. On behalf of our entire team, thank you for considering our nursing and rehabilitation center for you or your family member’s care.

Our newly remodeled facility features 117 skilled nursing beds, 23 of which are part of a sub-acute unit for Trach and Vent Care. We also have a large rehabilitation gym with state of the art equipment to help accelerate the recovery process of our residents.

Our wide variety of services enables our patients and residents to receive the medical, restorative and supportive care they need. We serve many types of patient and resident needs from short-term rehabilitation to traditional long-term care. Our resident and family councils meet regularly to ensure that our residents’ needs are being met to their satisfaction.

Our team of specialists including licensed nurses, therapists, social workers and activities coordinators establish a comprehensive treatment plan intended to restore you or your loved one to the fullest  potential in a short amount of time.
